| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and many other common cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. Please be advised that a surcharge of 4% is added for credit and debit card transactions We also accept Paypal. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are usually processed and delivered next day. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. In certain circumstances, a shipping surcharge may be added due to the excess weight of some of our products. We will contact you prior to shipment if this is the case. We will normaly send your order to you within 2-5 business days. International orders and generaly received within 14 days. |
| Delivery Schedule All orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are usually processed and delivered next day. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. If required we can supply consignment numbers for your order. |

| Returns Policy We guarantee your satisfaction. If your new Airsoft weapon or accessory purchased from us is faulty then please contact us immediately and a replacement product will be dispatched to you as soon as the originally purchased goods are returned and confirmed to be faulty by our engineers. No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged from carelessness or misuse. Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Any items returned under our 30-day money back guarantee must be as new, in the original undamaged packaging and be missing no items from the packaging including the complimentary packet of BB’s. Goods returned must be in the original packaging and with all of the manuals, materials and accompanying literature unopened. Gearboxes locked by flat batteries will be a chargeable repair, regardless of the age of the product. Missing or loose body pins are not covered by the warranty (this includes parts such as screws). IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY PRODUCTS YOURSELF, AS DOING SO WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY.
